Reflection of wound and of first prosthetic application

i     I feel that in my special effect lessons that i have learnt a lot, as everything i have learnt in these lessons has been completely new. I really enjoyed the technical side of special effects, creating the pieces was interesting, however was quite time consuming, so having to set aside time to make the pieces was a really important part of making our moulds. However i found that as soon as you make the negatives it is a lot easier to be able to refill again to make more then one piece and replicate. Although i have enjoyed prosthetic i can already feel that this area is not something i would wish to continue in, i'm glad i have a new technique that i can use, but i don't feel that it is something i'm good at, and feel i would need a lot more practice to be able to say it's something i'm good at. The area i find the hardest is the application of the mould and the blending as i find i always had areas that would lift and wouldn't stick as well as i wanted them too.
